• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for standard operational and security purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics that build cross-site profiles.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
• To deliver the services you hired us for and send related communications (quotes, invoices, project updates).
• To keep basic records for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes.
• To protect the site and our systems from abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.

4. Service providers we rely on

To run the business, we use a small number of vetted service providers. Each one only receives the information strictly needed to do its job:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (this is how your form submission reaches our inbox).
• Email provider — storing and replying to your messages.

These providers are bound by their own privacy terms. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep your information

Form submissions and related email threads are retained for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and meet tax or legal obligations — typically no longer than seven years. You can request deletion earlier (see below).

6. Your choices and rights

You can at any time:

• Ask what information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct information that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

Our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

If we update this policy we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated on this page before they take effect.
